invaluable for researching school reports and topics. Articles
from periodicals (magazines & newspapers), as well
as reference materials, are included.

The
Challenge is an educational competition designed to
encourage students to learn more about energy and the
environment.
Mrs. Still usually participates in this annual contest,
and students and teachers can win prizes including
trips for two to Hawaii and Washington DC! Projects
and applications are due by February 18, 2006. |

Students can practice FCAT skills
at home with the FCAT Explorer an online game-style
website which reinforces reading and math skills.
Students
sign in using their first name. Their password is 005
followed by their last name. For example, John Smith
would log on as: JOHN (sign-in) 005SMITH (password).
Students with very long first or last names may have
shortened log-ins. If you have difficulty accessing
this site, contact Mrs.
